However, Carlito's detection covers all lines and fittings comprehensively, so a truly "new" leak at an untouched location within 90 days is unusual. When you call, Carlito will assess whether the issue is at a previously patched location (warranty) or a new location (new service, discounted as a returning customer).
Routine maintenance — brushing, vacuuming, chemistry adjustments — has no impact on the warranty. However, if significant plumbing work, equipment replacement, or structural repairs were performed by another contractor after Carlito's service, those changes can affect the integrity of the original patches.
